District outing, 6th April 2013

We visited five towers in Hertfordshire: Aspenden, Braughing, Much Hadham, Great Munden and Ardeley. Here are some photos showing: arriving at Braughing, the bed in the ringing chamber at the redundent church of Great Munden, and some cold ringers at Ardeley, where we had to tie knots above the sallys before we could ring some of the bells.
